At 12 Basket Supply, we are committed to building long-term relationships with our customers by delivering both exceptional products and trustworthy service. While we strive to meet every need, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary—and we’re here to help make that process clear and straightforward.


General Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because of the oversized nature of our products, a restocking fee will apply to returned orders:

  • 20% – For all chairs, tables, furniture items, carts, dollies, and staging products.

  • 10% – For accessories, cushion covers, and replacement parts.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your total refund amount. To ensure a successful return, please make sure the product is:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned with all original packaging (or equivalent packaging if the original is damaged)

  • Properly disassembled if it was shipped in parts

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or custom manufacturing reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or special-order items

  • Open-box or clearance items

  • Items sold as “Final Sale” or marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Personalized or branded products

  • Bundled products sold at a discounted rate (unless the full bundle is returned)

  • Gift cards

We are unable to accept returns on used items or items returned without packaging.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@12basketsupply.com with the following:

  1. Order number

  2. A brief reason for the return

  3. Photos (if there’s any damage or concern)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how to ship your items back. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll act promptly to resolve the issue—either through replacement, refund, or credit—depending on the situation.
