🚚 Freight / Large Truck Deliveries
For large shipments, we ship via freight carriers. To ensure smooth delivery, please take note of the following:

Liftgate service is required if you do not have a loading dock or forklift. Let us know in advance if you need this service.

Deliveries are curbside or dock delivery by default.

If your location has limited access (e.g., residential, narrow driveway, no truck turnaround), delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point.

If you require help bringing items inside your building, please request a White Glove Delivery Service (additional charges apply). This includes:

Inside delivery

Stairs or elevator handling

Unpacking (optional)

Example: If you live in a 4th-floor apartment, standard delivery will be to the curb. If you need it inside, White Glove must be requested in advance.

Some large products (like banquet tables or carts) may require manual unloading. Please plan accordingly and arrange help for unloading.

Freight deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
